About Me

Hi there! I’m Lindsay Hecock, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate (PCLC).

I’m a wife, a mom of three busy kids, and someone who knows what it’s like to look like you have it all together on the outside— while feeling like you’re falling apart on the inside.

My path to becoming a counselor didn’t begin in a classroom—it was shaped by real life. I’ve walked through the isolation and grief of infertility and miscarriage. I’ve faced parenting struggles that left me questioning whether I was failing as a mom. I’ve wrestled with feeling like my brain just works differently, wondering how I can possibly keep up with the daily demands, and at times, feeling like a stranger in my own body.

It takes incredible courage to name those struggles and reach out for help. I know what it’s like to carry a lot quietly—and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pastoral Care from Northwest University. My work is shaped by over a decade of experience in mental health and vocational ministry, and deepened by ongoing training in grief, reproductive trauma (infertility, miscarriage), neurodiversity (ADHD), trauma recovery, and women’s mental health. I love to learn and believe you deserve care that understands your story from the inside out.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me with my husband and kids enjoying all that the Flathead Valley has to offer—boating on Flathead Lake, skiing on Big Mountain, camping along Lake Koocanusa, or hiking in Glacier National Park. I also love slow mornings with a cup of coffee and a good book, or movie nights as a family.
